Does Shia consider the blood of each Muslim to be permissible? “Not following the lifestyle of companions and the Successors (Taabi’een)” can be considered as innovation? Is dissimulation a kind of hypocrisy (Nifaq)? If a person falls ill, should he seek treatment a) with a doctor, or b) by eating dust from near Imam al-Husayn’s grave, or c) through supplication? [On the commands of Allah, Hazrat Vali-e-Asr is in occultation right from the commencement of his Imamat. Hence as opposed to his forefathers (a.s.), Imam's meetings with his Shias have been few and far between. By and large, the problems of the people have been presented before his esteemed self in the form of letters and “Areeza” (“Areeza” is a letter of requests written by the Shias to the Imam of their time). And Imam (a.s.) too has reciprocated in a similar manner. The letters of Imam-e-Zaman (a.s.) are terminologically called as “Tawqee”. These Tawqees have been assimilated in several books. Inshallah] Can we prostrate on Khak-e-Shifa? Among the Shiites, pictures are permitted. However, it’s strictly forbidden to portray holy persons, like the Prophet (s.), to prevent degradation. With respect to the Prophet (s.) we follow this rule. But I can’t understand why it’s different with the Imams, for example, Imam Hussein (a.) or Imam Ali (a.). Isn’t that a kind of degradation? For me that is a contradiction in terms. Why is it allowed, to portray Imams (a.)? Maybe there’s a Hadith or another source that explains this. How many groups are the narrations related to the anointment of shoes? Please explain about the anointment on the shoe.
