I was reading about Ibn Sina and found that he was known to be a Ismaili, however there are speculations on him being an Ithna Ashari...Just out of curiosity I am asking this question that whether he was an Ithna Ashari in Taqaiyya or Ismaili right until the end of his life? Are all of the elements of the nafsul-amr religion universal and stable, thus never changing and always being the same in different times and places? Or does some of the nafsul-amr religion depend on different situations and times and places, thus becoming a variant and changing one? How can one reach the “nafsul-amr” religion and get acquainted with its teachings? Is there more than one “nafsul-amr” religion, and does Allah (swt) have a specific way of reaching prosperity and salvation for each individual? What is absolute existence? What is indeterminate existence? What is the relationship between the soul and body? Is it that the body is in the soul or vice versa? Please explain, presenting different arguments, why there can’t be more than one eternal being (meaning that a number of eternal beings could exist together)? What are the different stages and levels of religion? Do animals possess souls and if so how does the animal soul differ from the human soul?
